TRUEcost Program

A market analysis will contain a survey of available aircraft and their wholesale prices at time of request for any given trip. The client can specify what additional factors and amenities they would like included in the aircraft details. 

Examples: Operator Safety rating, WIFI, number of seats, Cabin Layout, Condition of aircraft, age of aircraft, ETC. 

The client is not required to book an option with Highlight Aviation if they receive a market survey.

The client's monthly fee gives them unlimited trip coordination and management by Highlight Aviation.  Brokers like Highlight Aviation are given discounts by aircraft operators.  We are often able to book aircraft for less money than a client calling aircraft operators direct, passing the savings onto our clients.  We also can leverage our insider knowledge to negotiate each trip with operators to potentially pass along even more savings.

Clients will have the option to add a trip interruption insurance policy to their trip for a percentage fee based on the cost of the charter.

In the event the operator is unable to procure a Replacement Aircraft, then the insurance policy shall reimburse the Client for the following costs (the “Financial Support Obligations”):  

The increased cost to the Client of operating the Charter Flight directly as a result of the Aircraft suffering a sudden, unforeseen and unanticipated technical, mechanical or electrical fault or malfunction of the Aircraft that causes the Aircraft to be unable to perform its purpose of transporting a passenger on the Charter Flight (a “Technical Fault”) up to ten (10) working days before the scheduled departure, that results in the Aircraft being unable to complete the Charter Flight. 

The increased cost of up to double the original cost to the Client of operating the Charter Flight directly as a result of the Aircraft suffering a delay of two or more hours (a “Prolonged Delay”) caused by a Technical Fault that results in the Aircraft being unable to complete the Charter Flight.
